RN - Acute Care - Orthopedic Surgery - Day Shift

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Acute Care for Orthopedic Surgery, working full-time day shifts.

• Providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice.
• Delivering relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations and cultural needs.
• Partnering with patients and families through effective communication, education, and goal-setting.
• Ensuring documentation, compliance with policies, and adherence to clinical standards.
• Promoting teamwork, collaboration, and participation in performance improvement activities.
• Serving as a preceptor or mentor to support professional development.
• Engaging in evidence-based practice, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Supporting resource management and protocol development to optimize patient outcomes.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with appropriate state or multi-state compact license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s preferred.
• Proficiency in English, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent in utilizing technology and clinical tools with strong critical thinking and time management skills.
