Blue Summit Hospice is seeking a full-time Hospice Field LPN to cover Roswell and surrounding areas, with a Weds-Sun schedule. The role provides hospice nursing care under physician orders, in patients' homes and hospice offices.
Requirements include a current LPN/LVN license, and at least 1 year of nursing experience (preferred), plus completion of hospice training. Candidate must exercise independent judgment and participate in on-call duties as scheduled.
