• Provide individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, ensuring patient goals guide care plans.
• Coordinate safe, quality care documentation and promote a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research activities, and shared governance to enhance patient outcomes.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor, supporting professional development and maintaining clinical competencies.
• Uphold healthcare policies, standards, legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
• Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize care delivery.

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.

• Proficiency in English, with strong interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies calmly and decisively.
• Excellent time management, clinical, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with healthcare technology.
