RN - Acute Care Medical Telemetry - Night Shift

The Registered Nurse (RN) in this acute care medical telemetry role provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team. They utilize evidence-based practices, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized care plans while fostering strong patient and family partnerships. The RN ensures clinical standards are met, promotes teamwork, and participates in performance improvement initiatives.

• Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Deliver culturally sensitive, relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care, promoting respectful interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Support professional development by mentoring peers and completing competency assessments.
• Engage in evidence-based practice, research, and performance improvement activities.
• Contribute to protocol development and resource management to enhance patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and safety goals.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Associates or Diploma Nursing required;
  Bachelor's preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and collaborative skills.
• Proficiency in clinical technology and basic computer skills.
