Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
• Perform the nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation - using evidence-based practices.
• Deliver patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and involves patients and families in the care planning process.
• Coordinate and document safe care delivery through effective communication and teamwork.
• Engage in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Mentor and serve as a preceptor to other nurses and healthcare staff.
• Adhere to organizational policies, legal standards, and quality and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Active RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Associate’s or diploma in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies with professionalism.
