RN - Acute Care - Cardiac Telemetry - Night Shift

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral member of an interdisciplinary team committed to delivering individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. They practice under the guidance of Nurse Managers and adhere to evidence-based standards, professional practice models, and the nursing code of ethics.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.
• Provide patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, ensuring cultural sensitivity and partnership with patients and families.
• Coordinate safe care delivery through effective communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and promote best practices.
• Mentor and serve as a preceptor to develop a skilled future workforce.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and safety goals.
• Contribute to protocol development and resource management for optimal patient outcomes.

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in technology and clinical documentation, with excellent time management and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and respond to emergencies professionally.
