Registered Nurse - Acute Care - Cardiac Telemetry - Night

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Acute Care with a focus on Cardiac Telemetry, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical environment.

• Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking.
• Delivering relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs.
• Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education to promote optimal outcomes.
• Coordinating and documenting safe, quality care within an interdisciplinary team, fostering teamwork and inclusive collaboration.
• Supporting professional development as a preceptor or mentor, participating in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practices.
• Developing protocols, participating in quality initiatives, and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies, standards, and safety goals.

• Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred).
• Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
