About Bizarre Coffee Bizarre Coffee is a specialty coffee shop and café built around one simple idea: making people’s day, every day. We do this through freshly roasted coffee, handcrafted specialty drinks, made-to-order food, thoughtful hospitality, and spaces that feel warm, creative, and welcoming to all.

We are opening a brand-new downtown Roswell location and are building an opening Barista / Bartender team to help bring this space to life. This location will feature an expanded beverage program including specialty coffee, seasonal drinks, and craft cocktails, creating an exciting, fast-paced environment with room to grow. We’re looking for great humans who are coachable, adaptable, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with us.

About the Role As a Barista / Bartender, you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality beverages while delivering intentional, welcoming service to every guest. You’ll work both behind the bar and at the register, support service flow, and help maintain a clean, organized, and energetic café environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in consistency and quality.

We strongly believe in cross-training — team members have opportunities to learn multiple stations and grow within the company.

• Prepare espresso drinks, specialty beverages, seasonal menu items, and craft cocktails
• Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, and take orders at the register
• Operate the POS system accurately, including modifications and payments
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and service station at all times
• Follow all drink recipes, ratios, and quality standards
• Support overall shop flow by running drinks, bussing tables, restocking, and assisting teammates
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH team members during service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Check IDs and serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with company policy
• Take pride in creating consistent, high-quality drinks and guest experiences

• Enjoys working with people and creating memorable guest experiences
• Works well under pressure and maintains a positive attitude during rushes
• Has strong attention to detail and pride in their work
• Is organized, efficient, and dependable
• Thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous barista, bartending experience of at least 1+ year
• Comfortable learning coffee, cocktail, and beverage preparation
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to continue learning food, beverage, and coffee programs
• Alcohol service experience or training is a plus (or willingness to complete training)
