Essential FunctionsJoin a team that thrives on excellence, integrity, and know-how. Be the brand advocate, delivering stellar customer service with an authentic vibe. Elevate sales through sampling, product recommendations, and light upselling. Show off your skills by making top-notch milkshakes, sundaes, and dipped chocolates while maintaining the store’s inviting vibe.
Dive into the retail game with flair. Address customer concerns calmly and professionally. Maintain stockrooms, coolers, and freezers. Prepare promotional materials to create seasonal excitement. Ensure food safety and quality, reporting any issues to the supervisor. Be ready for additional duties as needed.
Requirements- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with exceptional customer service
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Attention to detail and safety compliance
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience is a plus
- Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
