What You’ll Do- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients by understanding their staffing goals.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Work closely with our internal team to develop creative, tailored staffing solutions.
- Help companies fill critical roles by matching them with top technical talent.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through effective communication and strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A people person—you enjoy building relationships and earning trust.
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in a sales career.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
- Talk with clients to learn about their current hiring needs.
- Collaborate with team members to craft the best possible staffing solutions.
- Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and keep detailed notes in our CRM/ATS.
