We are seeking a high-energy, driven Certified Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Coach to join our team in Q1 of 2026

Responsibilities- Coach and instruct small-group and group fitness sessions with high energy and professionalism
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to help clients achieve real, measurable results
- Demonstrate and cue proper exercise form, technique, and movement patterns
- Design and implement safe, effective, and engaging training programs tailored to various fitness levels
- Create a positive, welcoming, and results-driven training environment
- Maintain high coaching standards while ensuring sessions are fun, challenging, and aligned with our brand
- Assist with membership growth and client retention through exceptional coaching and relationship‑building
- Support internal sales and onboarding processes through education, confidence, and trust (no hard selling)
- Contribute to the overall growth of the business through professionalism, consistency, and team collaboration
- Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing education opportunities
- Accredited certification in a fitness‑related field (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a personal trainer and/or group fitness coach
- Ability to coach and scale workouts for all fitness levels
, from beginners to advanced - Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with clients
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and personal accountability
Passion for health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives - Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing environment
- Comfortable being on camera and engaging with social media for brand support (content, stories, etc.)
