Client Relations Manager Roswell, NM

The general world moves fast, and Pinterest needs a Client Relations Manager in Roswell who moves with intent, not just speed. At Pinterest the $82,000 - $115,000 matters, sure, but so does owning the general outcome with 8 years of Continuous Learning behind it.

• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for review by leadership
• Own assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery
• Carry the Cross-Functional Collaboration thread across three time zones and two tools
• Deliver community-minded results that align with broader business objectives
• Resolve customer concerns with patience and a focus on outcomes
• Trade quick wins for plainspoken fixes when the math favors patience
• Contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and reduce waste

• The reflex to surface risk before it surfaces itself
• Sharp written and verbal communication, tested under scrutiny
• The kind of attention to detail that catches what spell-check misses
• A portfolio that speaks louder than any line on your resume
• A bias toward asking the dumb question before the expensive mistake
• Manager fluency in Delegation, with Leadership on your roadmap
• 6+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way

The reputation Pinterest enjoys across NM wasn't bought; the people-first Roswell team earned it one general project at a time. Our Roswell office runs on mutual respect, low ego, and a genuine willingness to help.

We value work-life balance, so expect $82,000 - $115,000, flexible hours, paid sabbaticals, and a supportive mentoring program.

We refreshed this Client Relations Manager listing this week to keep it current for applicants.
