The Director of Strategic Parent Engagement at Alpha will spearhead parent collaboration across a single campus, driving enrollment growth, retention, and advocacy.

Alpha School offers a new educational paradigm, allowing students to master core academics in two hours per day while engaging in real‑world competencies.
Responsibilities- Manage the complete parent relationship lifecycle for a single campus, from initial outreach through sustained engagement.
- Deliver persuasive information sessions and individualized discussions to convert interested families into dedicated advocates.
- Act as the primary contact for parents, addressing concerns, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring every family receives attentive support after enrollment.
- Establish visibility and credibility through consistent on‑site engagement, local alliances, and intentional community outreach.
- Mobilize parent advocates to drive referrals and expand community influence.
- Use formulaic sales scripts or impersonal communication methods.
- Hand off relationship development to campus personnel or adopt a passive stance.
- Allow formalized parent groups to compromise or weaken Alpha’s educational approach.
- Operate remotely or administratively; this role is immersed in the parent and community experience.
Lead enrollment growth and retention by cultivating high‑trust parent relationships from initial inquiry through sustained satisfaction and advocacy.
Basic Requirements- Reside within commuting distance of one of the campuses or be willing to relocate to one of the listed cities.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
- Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.
Full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. Compensation: $100 USD/hour ($200,000 USD per year). Requires independent contractor agreement with Crossover as Contractor of Record.
