In this position, you'll serve as the frontline ambassador of that mission, bringing it to life for every family entering our facilities.

Alpha’s operating model calls for someone who acts decisively rather than waiting for direction. This role diverges significantly from traditional admissions positions; you won’t spend your time confined to a desk sending template correspondence or buried in administrative tasks. Instead, you’ll conduct impactful family tours, establish trust with prospective parents, and shepherd them through a smooth, individualized admissions process while maintaining campus safety, regulatory compliance, and readiness to receive students and families with assurance.

• Conducting personalized, high‑conversion family tours that communicate Alpha's three core commitments and build confidence in our educational model.
• Executing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the enrollment pipeline.
• Implementing stringent safety and safeguarding procedures to maintain a demonstrably secure environment for students and families.
• Managing comprehensive facilities operations, including preventative maintenance, vendor management, and repair coordination.
• Consistently reviewing data to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results.

• Being restricted to a narrow, repetitive administrative function or isolated department.
• Operating under restrictive, hierarchical micromanagement that limits your autonomy.
• Dealing with bureaucratic obstacles that impede substantive progress.
• Concentrating solely on documentation, removed from direct interaction with students and families you support.

• Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
• 1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
• Experience working with children/students
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self‑management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must be available to work in person in Palm Beach, FL;

  Piedmont, CA;
  Santa Monica, CA;

  Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
