You won't simply join an existing team—you'll actively shape the culture, establish standards, and advance as the campus expands. Alpha isn't focused on preserving existing systems.

We're building something fundamentally better for students and their families. We need someone who can assume complete ownership of both the family enrollment experience and the day‑to‑day operations that ensure campus functionality. This is not a conventional admissions position. You won't be confined to a desk sending templated emails or buried in administrative tasks. Instead, you'll conduct high‑impact family tours, establish trust with prospective parents, and shepherd them through a smooth, tailored admissions process.

Simultaneously, you'll maintain a safe, compliant campus environment that consistently presents well to students and families. Alpha is a K–12 private school that reimagines childhood education. We combine adaptive applications with expert Guides to provide personalized, mastery‑based learning that equips students for life beyond standardized testing. In this role, you'll serve as the frontline ambassador of that mission, bringing it to life for every family who visits our campus.

• Conducting personalized, high‑conversion family tours that communicate Alpha's three commitments and build confidence in our educational model.
• Executing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to guide them through the admissions pipeline.
• Implementing strict safety and safeguarding protocols to maintain a demonstrably secure environment for students and families.
• Managing all facilities operations, including preventative maintenance, vendor management, and repair coordination.
• Regularly analyzing data to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results.

• Being restricted to a single, monotonous administrative function or isolated department.
• Operating under inflexible, hierarchical micromanagement that limits your autonomy.
• Dealing with bureaucratic obstacles that impede meaningful work.
• Concentrating solely on documentation, detached from direct interaction with students and families.

Design and deliver a seamless, high‑impact admissions experience while sustaining a safe, operationally sound campus environment, allowing Alpha to scale and fulfill its commitments to families.

• Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
• 1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
• Experience working with children/students
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self‑management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
