- Lead parent relationships from initial inquiry through sustained engagement at a single campus.
- Design and conduct persuasive information sessions and conversations to convert curious families into committed supporters.
- Serve as primary parent liaison—resolving concerns, strengthening trust, and ensuring every family feels supported after enrollment.
- Establish credibility through consistent on‑site engagement, local partnerships, and intentional outreach.
- Mobilize parent advocates to drive referrals and broaden community influence.
- Rely on scripted sales approaches or transactional communication.
- Hand off relationship‑building to campus staff or operate from a desk.
- Let organized parent committees override or weaken Alpha’s educational philosophy.
- Work remotely or in a purely desk‑based role.
- Reside within commuting distance of one of the campuses listed above, or willing to relocate.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
- Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.
Alpha School redefines education by using AI to accelerate core academic learning in just two hours per day, giving students time for real‑world skills, public speaking, critical reasoning, and meaningful project work.
Working with UsThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position that begins immediately. The role is available under an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as Contractor of Record. Compensation is $100 USD/hour, equating to $200,000 USD per year (40 hrs per week, 50 weeks per year). Payment is weekly.
