We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic rehab team in Roswell, NM. This opportunity is perfect for PTs who want to provide quality patient care while enjoying a flexible weekday schedule.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 1+ years of recent PT experience required
• Education:
  
  Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
• Licensure:
  Active NM PT license (or compact, as applicable)
• Certifications:
  
  BLS required

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of rehab needs
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families on exercises and ongoing therapy needs
