- : [CNA / Health Aide] As a Hospice Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at Falcon Healthcare Inc., you'll:
Provide for patients personal hygiene, grooming, and comfort needs, i.e., toileting and elimination, baths, backrubs, shampoos, shaves, etc;
Observe and report the condition of the patient/client to the appropriate supervisor;
Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises;
Perform patient-related procedures such as measuring and documenting intake and output, blood glucose monitoring, urine specimen collections, measurements of vital signs, and weight.
