The IT Systems Technician is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, network management, and infrastructure deployments across multiple client environments. This role requires strong experience with business networks, Microsoft 365, servers, cybersecurity tools, and managed IT platforms.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, solving complex technical problems, and communicating directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve complex workstation, server, and network issues
- Configure and maintain routers, firewalls, switches, and VPN connections
- Deploy and support Microsoft 365 environments and cloud services
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity solutions
- Monitor and manage client systems using RMM and alerting platforms
