Qualification

Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years of management experience including knowledge of developmental disabilities.
  • Master’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in finance, marketing, sales and community outreach.
  • Interest in and desire to work or a nonprofit organization that advocates for individuals with disabilities.
  • Knowledge in strategic leadership.
  • Passion for leading and mentoring others.

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree in business administration, finance, human resources or law.
  • Extensive professional experience in executive and leadership roles.
  • Extensive understanding of the nonprofit industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
