Are you a visionary leader driven by impact, purpose, and community?
Our organization is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to guide our mission, strengthen our programs, and expand our outreach.
As CEO, you will:
- Champion our mission and represent the organization to partners, donors, and the community
- Lead strategic planning and organizational growth
- Cultivate a strong culture rooted in integrity, inclusivity, and collaboration
- Oversee financial stewardship to ensure long‑term sustainability
- Inspire staff, volunteers, and stakeholders toward shared goals

Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience including knowledge of developmental disabilities.
- Master’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
- Experience in finance, marketing, sales and community outreach.
- Interest in and desire to work or a nonprofit organization that advocates for individuals with disabilities.
- Knowledge in strategic leadership.
- Passion for leading and mentoring others.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in business administration, finance, human resources or law.
- Extensive professional experience in executive and leadership roles.
- Extensive understanding of the nonprofit industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
