Our organization is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to guide our mission, strengthen our programs, and expand our outreach.

As CEO, you will:

• Champion our mission and represent the organization to partners, donors, and the community
• Lead strategic planning and organizational growth
• Cultivate a strong culture rooted in integrity, inclusivity, and collaboration
• Oversee financial stewardship to ensure long‑term sustainability
• Inspire staff, volunteers, and stakeholders toward shared goals

Required:

• Minimum of 10 years of management experience including knowledge of developmental disabilities.
• Master’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
• Experience in finance, marketing, sales and community outreach.
• Interest in and desire to work or a nonprofit organization that advocates for individuals with disabilities.
• Knowledge in strategic leadership.
• Passion for leading and mentoring others.

Preferred:

• Advanced degree in business administration, finance, human resources or law.
• Extensive professional experience in executive and leadership roles.
• Extensive understanding of the nonprofit industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
