Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Tobosa Developmental Services
Salary: $140,000 - $175,000
Location: Roswell, NM

Required
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience including knowledge of developmental disabilities
- Master’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience
- Experience in finance, marketing, sales and community outreach
- Interest in and desire to work for a nonprofit organization that advocates for individuals with disabilities
- Knowledge in strategic leadership
- Passion for leading and mentoring others
Preferred
- Advanced degree in business administration, finance, human resources or law
- Extensive professional experience in executive and leadership roles
- Extensive understanding of the nonprofit industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements
