Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU night shift position requiring a NM or compact RN license and ICU experience.

• Position is based in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Night shifts with a schedule of 3x12 hours from 18:00 to 6:30
• Patient ratio is 1:2 in the ICU
• Rotating weekend shifts are required
• Floating to other units is required
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• No travel pairs or groups will be accepted
• No more than three days of RTO will be auto approved and no RTO is allowed during the first week of orientation
• Holiday and weekend coverage may be required based on rotation

• Active NM or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• 1-2 years of recent ICU RN experience required
• EPIC charting experience is preferred
• Candidates must not live within 50 miles of the facility
• Former permanent staff must be separated for at least one year before being eligible as a traveler
