• Join 2 surgeons, 1 physician assistant
• Tenured support staff
• Traditional outpatient practice
• 20-25 patients per day
• OR with supervising physician
• Mon/Fri 8-5; 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours/week admin time
• Epic EMR
