This field‑based RN Case Manager will provide high‑quality medical case management for injured workers in the Roswell, NM area. The role requires coordinating care, making recommendations, and communicating professionally with insurance carriers, healthcare providers, ancillary vendors, employers, and attorneys. The manager will drive to and attend in‑person medical appointments, document cases thoroughly, and qualify for bonus compensation. Flexible scheduling and autonomy are key benefits.

Compensation Range: $88,000.00 to $ annually
Bonus pay is uncapped and based on performance.

• Frequent travel, including overnight or air travel for special occasions or coverage needs.
• Manage assigned cases, including same‑day referrals and attendance at medical appointments during facilities’ operating hours.
• Autonomous caseload management with weekly and daily prioritization to ensure optimal time management.
• Conduct onsite case management following CMSA guidelines and ISYS protocols.
• Coordinate, facilitate, conduct, and complete in‑person attendance at physician, hospital, case conference, home, and ancillary provider visits to support timely treatment recommendations.
• Initiate and conduct professional discussions with medical providers regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.
• Apply case management process and education to facilitate timely treatment and recovery with a goal of maximal recovery and return to work.
• Provide proactive and timely communication and coordinate collaboration with all parties involved in each case.
• Support injured worker’s progress toward maximum medical improvement and realistic return to work opportunities.
