In this ICU RN role, you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, monitor critical conditions, titrate vasoactive medications, manage advanced airway devices, and collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to stabilize patients. You’ll lead shift handoffs, document bedside assessments, participate in rounds, and engage in dynamic problem-solving under pressure.
