Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Peaks Healthcare Consulting

We are seeking a dynamic CNA to provide support and assist residents in performing daily living activities. We are looking for a compassionate advocate for residents and their families. As a CNA you will be responsible for supporting medical staff in administering care to patients.

• Monitor and record residents’ vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
• Help residents with mobility, including transfers and repositioning.
• Provide assistance with toileting and incontinence care.
• Respond to resident call lights and assist with other needs in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the supervising nurse.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Work closely with clinical staff to ensure residents’ individualized care plans are implemented effectively, meeting both physical and emotional needs.

• Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Current CNA certification in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents with diverse physical and cognitive needs.
• Good collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Fast and adaptive problem‑solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with residents, families, staff.
• A passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care to seniors.
