Test Engineer

We believe the best technology engineers ask why before they ask how, and that's the Test Engineer we're recruiting in Roswell. At $69,000 - $92,000, this Test Engineer seat rewards 5+ years in technology with autonomy, mentorship, and a long runway for growth.

• Turn vague technology tickets into crisp, testable TDD acceptance criteria
• Reproduce the remote-friendly bug from the Roswell field report, then make it impossible again
• Decide when to buy Test Automation versus build it for BDO's Roswell, NM stack
• Lead TDD design reviews that catch the costly mistakes before Roswell, NM builds them
• Optimize application performance, latency, and resource utilization at scale
• Read the Jest stack traces others skim past, and trace bugs to their root

• Practical Test Automation skills sharpened in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Solid understanding of technology best practices and industry standards
• Experience translating Sauce Labs complexity for a non-technical audience
• Self-direction that survives a quiet Slack channel
• Cross-functional ease, from Sauce Labs engineers to Innovation marketers

Three things define BDO: a Roswell address, a forward-thinking culture, and a near-religious devotion to Innovation. At BDO we hire people we can trust with real decisions and then give them the room to make them.

The offer is plainspoken: $69,000 - $92,000, coaching that grows you, benefits that cover you, and a schedule that flexes with Roswell.

This Roswell, NM role just got a fresh timestamp, and applications are flowing in.
