As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will prepare both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, ensuring each drink meets Applebee’s quality standards. You will provide a friendly, engaging bar experience for guests and support server staff, helping to enhance the overall dining experience while maintaining a flexible, fast‑paced work environment.

• Mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established standards.
• Greet guests and communicate with servers to create an outstanding bar experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and adhere to food‑service safety protocols.
• Assist in bar inventory, restocking supplies, and ensuring the availability of healthy beverages.

• Minimum 21 years of age (per state law).
• Strong communication skills, friendly to staff and guests alike.
• Commitment to delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods of up to four (4) hours while blending ingredients, lifting up to 25 pounds, frequently transporting plates, glasses, and baskets (about 30 times per shift in busy periods). Ability to work safely with protective hand coverings, disinfectant cleaning supplies, masks or face coverings, and wash hands frequently with disinfectant soap throughout the shift.
