The Stocker is primarily responsible for guest relations and satisfaction, performing shelf stocking and back‑room duties, as well as spill cleanup, housekeeping, and other tasks assigned by management.

• Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests as they enter the area or department.
• Follow the daily work schedule assigned by management.
• Perform stocking duties including lifting, stocking product, rotating product, blocking, facing, dusting, and ordering.
• Perform general housekeeping duties on the sales floor and backroom areas.
• Be attentive to guest needs and ready to direct guests to requested items.
• Assist with front‑end tasks such as checking and/or sacking when called upon.
• Perform other duties as requested or required by management.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining efficiency and control.
• Physical ability to perform all stocking duties, including bending, lifting, squatting, climbing, walking, and occasional running.
• Proficient in operating ordering and backroom equipment, such as a box baler and safety cutter.
• Can lift items weighing up to 80 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Openness to supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude.
• Team‑oriented, able to collaborate and maintain good relationships with others.
