, the largest independently owned regional airline, is currently searching for individuals who take pride in seeing a job done well and are ready to take on new challenges and opportunities. This Supervisor will be based in Roswell, NM, directing a team of airline professionals to provide an excellent customer experience and maintain an efficient, safe, and on‑time airline.

• Work closely with other supervisors to maintain a consistent standard and quality environment for employees
• Develop, supervise, and oversee all cross‑utilized agents
• Provide direction, guidance, and positive motivation for all station personnel
• Ensure compliance with all Sky West operating standards and procedures
• Constantly promote teamwork to achieve station goals
• Attend company training classes as needed
• Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel
• Cross‑Utilized Agent duties as required

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid unrestricted state‑issued driver’s license
• High school diploma or completion of a GED
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrate strong people and employee‑relation skills
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Thorough understanding of ticketing/gate/ramp procedures
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
• Required knowledge and understanding of Sky West Airlines’ policies and procedures
• Familiar with partner dedicated computer systems
• Promote a safety culture in the station
• Part‑time and full‑time positions may be available
• Starting at $14.50 an hour, plus supervisor override

• Be at least 18 years of age
