Fleet Administrator

Location:

Office Based (Goldthorpe)

Hours:

36.25 hours - Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 16.45, Friday 8.30 – 15.30

About

The Role

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to support the effective management of our vehicle fleet. This role is essential in ensuring vehicles are compliant, well-maintained, and available to meet business needs. You’ll work closely with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Job Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate fleet records, including vehicle documentation, MOTs, servicing, insurance, and licensing
  • Schedule and track vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs
  • Support drivers with fleet-related queries and issues
  • Produce reports on fleet performance, costs, and utilisation
  • Assist with vehicle ordering, allocation, and de-fleeting processes
