I’m hiring – Operations & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time, Local / Hybrid)
For the first time since founding Shadwick Utility Consultants
, I’m looking to bring someone into the business to support operations, marketing, and client coordination.
This is a permanent, part-time role (20 hours per week) and an opportunity to work closely with me as the business continues to grow.
While the role is largely remote, I’m keen to hear from candidates based local to South Yorkshire so we can have regular face-to-face catch-ups — and potentially move towards a shared office space in the future.
You do not need experience in utilities or engineering. What matters is organisation, communication, initiative, and reliability.
The role includes:- Inbox and diary management
- Client updates and CRM management
- Supporting Linked In and website content
- Researching and booking events
- Bookkeeping and VAT support
- Is highly organised and dependable
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is confident with digital tools
- Is happy working independently
- Likes the idea of growing with a small, local business
- Permanent role with 6-month probation
- Hybrid working (local applicants preferred)
