The Role

We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join our busy office team. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative and accounts processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional manner

* General administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document management

* Accurate data entry and maintaining internal systems

* Supporting the credit control function, including chasing outstanding payments

* Assisting with purchase ledger duties such as processing invoices and reconciling statements

* Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal departments

* Providing general office support as required

About You

* Previous experience in an administrative role (experience within manufacturing desirable but not essential)

* Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively

* Experience with credit control and/or purchase ledger is advantageous
