Hours: 8am-4pm - Monday - Friday
Start Date: ASAP - 1-2 weeks (could extend)

• Managing school records and student files with precision
• Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries from parents, staff, and students
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and documentation
• Maintaining and updating the school's database and systems
• Supporting the organization of school events and activities
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to ensure effective communication

• Organised and detail-oriented
• Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with school management systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• First aid training (ideal)
