Directorate:
Children and Young People's Services – Permanent, part time, 30 hours per week.
This role supports numerous areas within Children and Young People's Services, including Social Care, Early Help and Children Centres.
- Excellent typing and ICT skills.
- Proven, relevant experience in an office environment, including arranging, attending, and minuting formal meetings.
- Excellent customer service skills in a professional setting.
- Willingness to be part of a well‑supported team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing incoming information and documents using specific systems, meeting set thresholds.
- Arranging and supporting highly confidential meetings, both in person and virtually.
- Producing high‑standard minutes, detailed, accurate, and within set timescales.
- Occasionally acting as the first point of contact at Child Protection Reception, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
