Equans is looking for a Coordinator to join our team on the Rotherham Schools Venture House, Greasbrough Street, Rotherham S60 1RF
on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £28,965 per annum and benefits package.

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00

What will you deliver?

EQUANS is looking for a Coordinator to join our team supporting our Rotherham and Barnsley school contracts. This is a great opportunity for an organised and analytical administrator or coordinator looking to develop their career within Facilities Management. You'll work closely with operational teams, subcontractors, and managers to monitor service performance, minimise contract risks, and support key reporting activities.

  • Monitor jobs and service requests to ensure SLA targets are achieved.
  • Identify and escape jobs at risk of missing deadlines.
  • Coordinate responses between operational teams, subcontractors, and site staff.
  • Produce reports and performance analysis using Maximo and Power BI.
  • Support monthly contract performance and payment mechanism reporting.
  • Investigate service failures and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records within CAFM systems.
  • Provide insights and training feedback to help improve service delivery.

Who are you?
  • Experience in an administrative, coordinator, workflow, contract support, or commercial support role.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience using CAFM systems such as Maximo is desirable.
  • Experience with Power BI reporting would be advantageous.
  • FM, property, maintenance, or service-contract experience is beneficial.

This role includes an Enhanced DBS with barred lists check therefore ability to pass is essential.
