Specialising in fast-track retail refurbishments and a diverse array of construction-related projects, this consultancy offers bespoke, professional, and practical safety solutions. Their flexibility, dynamic service, and strategic network of field-based staff ensure comprehensive nationwide coverage.
This full-time, permanent role based in Rotherham offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000, plus a company car. The position is ideal for individuals residing in the Doncaster/Sheffield area, although candidates slightly East of this region will also be considered. The role involves daily travel to multiple sites, making it perfect for motivated individuals with a clean driving licence and a willingness to be on the move.

Candidates must possess:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Health and Safety role, with a solid background in the construction industry
* Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety legislation, particularly CDM
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate
* TECH IOSH certification and a clear, relatable training record are mandatory.
* Good IT skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Full, clean driving licence
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring health and safety compliance across diverse construction sites
* Representing clients as the safety authority in meetings
* Acting as Principal Designer where needed
* Conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations
* Developing and implementing health and safety policies
* Excellent communication skills are crucial for report writing, phone, and in-person interactions.
