An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a well-established regional contractor delivering a 29-unit residential development in Rotherham.

This is an immediate requirement with a project duration of approximately 5 months, potential for extension making it an ideal opportunity for an experienced housing Site Manager looking for their next contract.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

• Managing all site operations from start to completion
• Coordinating subcontractors and site labour
• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance at all times
• Driving quality standards and programme delivery
• Liaising with the Contracts Manager and wider project team
• Managing site records and reporting
• Ensuring NHBC standards are maintained throughout the build

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing developments
• Experience delivering new build housing projects
• NHBC experience is essential
• Local Authority housing experience would be highly advantageous
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Black CSCS Card
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Able to start immediately
