📍 Contract Length: 6 Months
UPB are working with a specialist, regional civils & construction contractor to hire a Site Manager for a Civils & infrastructure scheme in South Yorkshire.
focus managing a team of ground workers who are delivering slabs, structures, drainage & ducting within a water & infrastructure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of site activity of site operatives
* Manage quality of works delivery
* Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
* Maintain high-quality standards throughout all phases of construction.
Required Qualifications & Training
* CSCS Card
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Strong people skills
* Previous civls & infrastructure deliver experience, preferably within water
* Self-motivated, able to manage work under your own steam including short-term programme updates, RAMS, client interaction
