📍 Rotherham Area
💰 £27,000 per annum
🕘 Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

A well-established property services company based in the Rotherham area is seeking a Customer Services Administrator to join their friendly and growing team.
This is a varied office-based role focused on handling customer enquiries, booking appointments, and coordinating maintenance visits relating to property treatment and repair services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing inbound customer calls and emails
* Scheduling appointments for engineers and maintenance teams
* Updating internal systems and customer records
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
The Ideal Candidate :
* Previous customer service or administration experience
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
* Friendly, professional, and reliable approach
