Overview

Places for People is a leading UK social enterprise focused on creating inclusive and thriving communities for customers and employees. This role is based in Rotherham and involves collaboration with the Housing team, primarily supporting the Tenancy Enforcement and Communities Teams, with potential to support other teams as needed.

• Provide a comprehensive administrative service for the Housing Management and Tenancy Enforcement Team.
• Advise and inform internal and external customers via phone and email, delivering high-quality customer service.
• Update and manage IT systems and tenancy records; log and investigate customer complaints.
• Interact with customers and internal departments to ensure effective administrative support and service delivery.

• Strong administration background with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised, with a proactive, can-do approach and good teamwork.
• Empathy for customers and their situations, with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this position.
