We are offering a £30,000 basic salary, along with a range of excellent company benefits.

The Service Advisor role plays a key part in ensuring every customer has a positive, clear and supportive experience. You’ll act as the connection between our customers and our workshop team—helping people feel informed, valued and confident throughout their visit.

• Setting clear expectations and guiding customers through each stage of their vehicle’s service or repair
• Giving regular updates in a communication style that works best for the customer
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that may benefit the customer
• Follow up after work is completed to ensure satisfaction

For this Service Advisor role, we are looking for candidates with previous Service Advisor experience working with cars or motorcycles. This experience is essential for consideration.
