As a Cover Supervisor, you ll play a vital role in keeping the classroom running smoothly when teachers are absent.

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons to students in the absence of the class teacher
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a focused learning environment
• Supporting students with their learning and encouraging engagement
• Reporting back to the teacher or school leadership about how the lesson went
• Maintaining the school s policies and safeguarding procedures No lesson planning, marking, or teaching qualification required just your confidence, communication skills, and ability to lead a classroom!

• Experience working with young people (in any capacity youth work, tutoring, mentoring, sports coaching, etc.)
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Confidence to step into a range of subjects (no subject knowledge required)
• A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to different school environments
• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed

• If You Have: A degree (any subject)
• Experience in schools or education
• An interest in pursuing a career in teaching
