We are currently recruiting for a highly organised, qualified Pre-Employment Construction Tutor to join our existing team.

• Teaching, learning and development of learners, delivering high‑quality teaching, assessment and support.
• Deliver pre‑defined curriculum to a very high standard, develop knowledge, skills and behaviours of learners.
• Completion of all learner and course related documentation including learner files and relevant tracking documents.
• Mentor, observe and assess learners in classroom or workshop, providing feedback and guidance.
• Offer information, advice, and guidance to promote learner development and progression.
• Assess learners’ e‑portfolio of evidence to verify achievements.
• Provide delivery cover at our Academies and Pop‑Up Academies in South Yorkshire region; regular travel required.
• Meet company, funding & awarding organisation requirements.

• Classroom‑based delivery experience.
• Experience working with a diverse range of learners.
• IT literate.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Abide by processes.
• Enthusiasm in the workplace.
• Work well under pressure.
• Current, relevant occupational expertise and knowledge gained through hands‑on experience in the Construction industry with Level 3 competencies.
• Evidence of continued professional development within the occupational sector.

• Teaching qualification at a minimum of PTLLS or Level 3 AET.
• Assessor award or qualification.
• Level 3 qualification or occupational competence.
• Mathematics and English qualifications at Level 2 or above.
