Are you a dedicated and inspiring MFL Teacher looking to share your passion for languages with students?

GSL Education are currently recruiting an enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Rotherham (S60). The successful candidate will have the ability to teach one or more modern foreign languages—such as French, Spanish, or German—across Key Stages 3 and 4, with KS5 experience being desirable.

Key Responsibilities of the MFL Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging language lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence.
• Promote cultural awareness and appreciation of global diversity.
• Prepare pupils for GCSE (and A-Level if applicable) examinations.
• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
• Contribute to departmental planning and extra-curricular activities.

Requirements for the MFL Teacher role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in at least one modern foreign language (French, Spanish, or German).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for languages and student achievement.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
