• Supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to boost confidence and catch‑up progress
• Helping pupils with SEN access the curriculum
• Keeping learning spaces calm, organised, and full of smiles

• Some experience working with children in a school or similar setting
• Patience, positivity, and a sense of humour (always helpful!)
• A proactive attitude and strong communication skills
