Start Date: February 2026 - Full-Time Equivalence
Salary: £180 - £220 per day dependent on experience

- Plan and deliver creative, nurturing, and differentiated lessons suited to pupils with SEMH needs.
- Build trusting, supportive relationships with pupils, promoting emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
- Teach within small group settings, adapting approaches to meet individual learning and wellbeing needs.
- Work closely with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders to create a consistent, therapeutic learning environment.
- Implement personalised behaviour and learning plans, keeping detailed records of pupil progress.
- Contribute to a safe, structured, and emotionally secure environment that prioritises each child's wellbeing.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A strong understanding of Key Stage 1 curriculum expectations.
- A nurturing, patient, and trauma-informed approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in SEMH, SEND, or behaviour support is highly desirable.
- Passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning and thrive both academically and emotionally.
