This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrical installation professional to make a career change from the "tools" into the classroom to share knowledge and expertise, influencing the next generation of skilled electricians.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding teaching and assessment up to Level 3, covering study programmes, adult programmes, and apprenticeships within electrical installations, in both workshop and classroom environments.
Develop creative resources to inspire outstanding learning and monitor learner progress to promote positive outcomes.
Equip students with skills for their future through the delivery of outstanding education and training, inspiring them to achieve their potential.
Set SMART targets to enable students to reach their potential and support the curriculum team at Rotherham, working closely with Curriculum Team Leaders, line managed by the Curriculum Manager.
Qualifications- Vocational qualification at Level 3 or above, plus relevant teaching qualification and assessor award, or willingness to work towards.
- Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths, or willingness to undertake.
- Experience in practical, theoretical, and digital methods to engage learners and provide essential skills, knowledge, and behaviours for the future.
- Effective and motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with colleagues and management to achieve strategic and organisational objectives.
- Teachers pension scheme with employer contributions from 17.7% to 23.68%
