Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Plastering Assessor to plan, deliver, and assess apprenticeships in Plastering Apprenticeship Standards. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the next generation of construction professionals by supporting learners in developing up-to-date knowledge, skills, and behaviours aligned with industry needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, deliver, and assess plastering apprenticeship programmes.
- Engage learners through creative and interactive teaching methods.
- Ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards and quality requirements.
- Maintain accurate learner records and progress reports.
- Collaborate with employers to meet skills needs and enhance learner outcomes.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plastering or higher.
- A1/V1/CAVA Assessor Award (or equivalent).
- Excellent IT skills.
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain).
- Level 2 (or equivalent) in English and Maths (or willingness to undertake).
Desirable:
- IQA Award.
