⭐ About the Role

As an HLTA working with CER Education, you will:

Deliver pre‑planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Lead small intervention groups to support progress
Provide tailored support to pupils with varying needs
Maintain a positive learning environment and support behaviour management
Adapt quickly to new school settings and routines

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

To join us as an HLTA, you must have:

✔️ Recognised HLTA Status (Level 4 or equivalent)

Such as:

Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification
Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training
Official HLTA assessment status

✔️ Proven experience within a UK school setting

✔️ Strong understanding of safeguarding practices

✔️ Confidence delivering whole‑class learning

✔️ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
